What is the CCLE?

The CCLE (Common Collaboration and Learning Environment) is UCLA’s learning management system, based on an open source platform called Moodle.

Course sites and collaboration sites allow faculty, staff and students to communicate through discussion forums and online Zoom sessions, share files and links, create online assessments using quizzes and assignments, view grades and integrate Media resources such as BruinCast, Library reserves and Music reserves.

CCLE currently consists of two systems: one hosted by CAT (https://ccle.ucla.edu), and one hosted by Social Sciences Computing (SSC) (https://moodle2.sscnet.ucla.edu)

If you need additional help, please contact your department's local CCLE Support Staff, or Submit a help request to CCLE Home.
